PAYMENT OPTIONS
IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to check our program pages every month and check schedule DATES and TIMES of classes are subject to change! Make sure you have no conflicts with schedule and read our Policies . There are no credit, refund, changes, swapping classes, makeup’s for any and all absences once you have registered, paid and signed our liability waiver form! Go to your individual class page and look at how you can receive Early Bird Discounts and how much!
1) Pay using ZELLE
Email us for our Zelle code. Always put a note on ZELLE payment “student name, what month you are paying for, class name, class day and time” to ensure early confirmation. Sometimes payments are made using a different names than the name of parent on registration form. Payments take a few days to process and complete so please be patient, we will send confirmation!
2) CASH payment
Contact coach to make cash payment on court. Make sure to pay by 1st to the 5th of each month for the next month of minimum 4 or 8 classes to receive Discount!. No discounts on less than 4 classes a month!
3) DROP-IN
Contact coach if you are a regular student or have the same skill set for the class you want to drop- in to or can only attend 2 or 3 classes you just pay the Full Rate per class. Drop-in’s do not need to register online! For same day last minute drop-in payment must be made with Zelle minimum 1 day before the class after checking with the coach if there is a spot available. Once you make payment and don’t show up or cancel last minute there is no refund, credit or makeup or swapping with someone else, since you have taken up a spot in our class. Drop-in’s are also a great option for students who may not be able to attend the full month of tennis classes and can only attend one or 2 classes. This gives students the flexibility to continue a few classes without taking a long break and also not lose payment by signing up for a full month.
